On Bowser’s xray late last month the radiologist found one met. Today would have been our 6th carbo chemo treatment – but instead we met with our NEVOG oncologist Dr. R and decided to try metronomics. But our other dilemna is a severe ear infection that we have been treating for almost 2 months. So we have decided to delay the start of metronomics for a few weeks and see if we can use some bigger guns to get rid of this ear infection. Then we will x-ray again and see if there has been any change in or additon to the lung mets. I hope we are doing the right thing – I would just like Bowser to get some comfort from this ear infection. Otherwise Bowser is doing fantastic. He is so fast on those 3 leggs.
ear infections are no fun…especially when you are blessed with rather large ears!! hope you get this resolved, and can get back on track with your metronomics. we’re sending our best ET juju hoping your met has decided to just shrink up and go away!!!

Hey what’s up with Gypsy? Is that itty bitty dog a stuffed toy or an actual dawg?
this is our baby pot bellied pig. She was the only survivior of a very surprise litter – we had rescued her mother who was very old. Mom pot belly did not have any milk so we bottle fed Gypsy. She was 6 weeks old this past saturday and is one spoiled rotten piggie.
